# Connect and use Radius Analytics

> Connect Radius Analytics to Nerve, confirm the correct account or property, and start with a scoped read-only request before broader analysis.

Radius Analytics is listed as a Nerve integration, and the external connector exposes Radius connection discovery and analytics tools. Confirm access and the dataset available to your organization before building a report.

## Before you connect

Ask your workspace Owner or Nerve support whether Radius access is available for your organization and which business dataset it covers. Have the reporting question, dates, and required dimensions ready.

## Connect and verify

1. Open **Get started > Connect accounts** in the intended workspace.
2. Find **Radius Analytics** and review the available connection action.
3. If its authorization or eligibility requirements are unclear, confirm them with support before continuing.
4. In an external assistant, ask specifically for Radius connection discovery and available metrics and dimensions.
5. Confirm the dataset and account scope before requesting values.

## What to ask Nerve

Radius analytics metadata separates metrics and dimensions. Ask which measures and groupings exist, then formulate a report using those definitions. A general connected-platform check may not be sufficient to identify Radius; request its connection lookup explicitly.

```text theme={null}
Check whether a Radius Analytics connection is available to me.
List the supported metrics and dimensions relevant to campaign
performance, and explain the dataset and account scope you can verify.
Do not run a query or add a connection until I confirm the scope.
```

## Check scope and limits

Do not assume Radius is interchangeable with GA4, PFBM, or an advertising platform. Confirm currency, attribution, reporting granularity, and eligibility with support. If the assistant can find tool descriptions but cannot retrieve data, share the exact access error rather than treating metadata discovery as a successful connection.

If the expected account is missing, use [connection troubleshooting](https://docs.nerve.mattemena.com/support-and-privacy/connection-problems.md). For expired access, see [Check or reconnect an account](https://docs.nerve.mattemena.com/connections/connection-status.md).
