Connect Amazon Ads and identify the advertising profile for the marketplace you want. Profile selection matters when one login can access multiple regions or businesses.

Before you connect

Have an Amazon Ads identity with access to the target profile. Know the marketplace and whether you need Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, or another supported report.

Connect and verify

  1. In the intended workspace, open Get started > Connect accounts.
  2. Find Amazon Ads and choose Connect.
  3. Complete the provider sign-in and review the permissions shown. Select an identity with access to the intended advertising profile.
  4. Back in Nerve, check the connection status and use Verify if available.
  5. Ask your assistant to list accessible Amazon Ads profiles and marketplaces before requesting a report.

What to ask Nerve

Live discovery includes profile lookup, Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaign listing, and reporting or snapshot operations. Ask the assistant to check the supported ad product and profile type for your task. Some reports involve requesting a job and checking it later rather than returning results immediately.

Check scope and limits

An Amazon profile represents marketplace context. The inspected Sponsored Brands listing schema notes support for vendor and seller profiles; an agency profile can fail for that operation. If Amazon is missing from Nerve AI account selection, use an external assistant and confirm its accessible profiles. Creating a reporting job is different from creating or activating a campaign. If the expected account is missing, use connection troubleshooting. For expired access, see Check or reconnect an account.
